[including the United Kingdom] in the sub-parameters of this index, which are the following: 1. Connectivity, 2. Human Capital, 3. Use of Internet Services, 4. Integration of Digital Technology and 5. Digital Public Services. This study aims to capture the course of Greece from 2017 to 2020 in the field of digitization of social structures and economic activities but also to highlight the sub-parameters in which there was an increase or decrease in the performance of Greece, compared to the corresponding course of the European average. As a consequence of this study, conclusions are drawn as to the extent, individually and comparatively, to which Greece has adopted, or is adopting, in the 2017-to-2020 period, digital methods, thus integrating into the new global digital social and economic reality.
